G-Score Support

Need help with G-Score? Email info@decantdecide.com. Include a brief description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or other sensitive information.

Scoring help

• Use a clear, well-lit photo of a settled Guinness pint.
• Keep the first “G” in “GUINNESS” and the liquid/head boundary visible.
• If scoring times out, retry the same selected photo so G-Score can safely recover the result.

Sign-in help

G-Score supports Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. Check your connection and retry if sign-in is interrupted. If you used Hide My Email, your account may display an Apple private relay address.

Account deletion and privacy

Delete your account in Profile Settings → Delete Account. For privacy or deletion assistance, contact us at the email above.
